Sam (Harold)TOOTHPassed away peacefully on the 5th May 2025, aged 86 years.
Husband of the late Rita, a loved dad to Caroline, Christopher and Sharon, father in law to the late Chris and also Alison and Paul. A loved grandad, great grandad and great great grandad.
Funeral service will take place at St Gabriel's Church, Middleton on 19th May 2025 at 11am.
